after 2 days of classes attended in a marathon version..

fri's outing with marketing ppl turned out to be a dinner session with only tj & jinger..
jx came late cos she gt work..the rest couldn't come..haix..
didnt noe tt we're supposed to register for next sem until on fri when tj told me..lolx..

went to the pc show at suntec today to buy jia's lappy..
bought toshiba brand de..i use my atm card cos credit card gt surcharge..
then in the end when she finish loading everything her keyboard de symbols gt some mix up..lolx..
then tmr need call the cust service to ask for help..
heard from linghui tt a cellist from cheng san passed away like david..
my condolences to his friends & family..
i really hope tt zls will be fine..he mux be really sad..to lose 2 students in less than 6 months..

went to tjco's concert on 24th may..they're so good!!no wonder they can get gold with honours..comparitively, i realised ntuco is not as good as tjco, even though we're taught by the same conductor..watching tjco perform, i suddenly miss mfco alot..those times we spent practicing together, and how powerful is our percussion & woodwind section..aso kept thinking about joining evco..but i dun want join alone!!lolx..dunno wat's wrong with me..

still no job!!i think even after jia finish her job at end of may i might still not have a job..mayb we can find jobs & work together..since we start sch at ard the same period..

ntuco prac cancelled till further notice..haix..i think becos huang lao shi thinks tt there are too little ppl currently available for prac bah..lolx..heard tt it'll resume in june..hope so wor..my hands are itchy after tj's concert...

NTU CO Annual Concert 2008!!!

its was a big success!!woohoo!!thanks to everyone who came down to support!!!had a fun day on sat, esp at backstage & in the practice room..i kept bullying ruiyang..haha..he damm nice to bully can..and dejia was super lame when we were rehearsing for princess..throw the dizi out then it'll spin one round the audience seats then come back to him..wa lao, lame sia...we laugh like hell..

we took some pics at the practice room and backstage..this shows tt we're damm bo liao & zi lian..haha..at backstage, i realised weicong's legs are a good cushion for me to put my qin qin while waiting..haha..cos qin qin heavy ma..and he didnt mind..he say my qin nt tt heavy..

ruiyang: i next yr dun want join co liao lor..u always bully me..everytime see me say want buy4D/toto..then jux nw u keep beatin my hand jux becos i was playing my pipa..

nvm..next yr gt jia to bully him with me..hehe..oh ya..we finally gt to spray some glitter on weicong's hair after the concert..we didnt get to spray on him b4 concert..he reacted damm violently sia..keep protectin his hair from 'attack'..but then me & ruth keep plotting to spray on his hair..so no use covering ur hair ar, senior..haha..

overall, i think it was great!!other than a few parts which i played wrongly..i hope no one really noticed..haha..i think i'll start missing practice days le..and the times when i can suan ruiyang whenever he come for practice..nvm..there's still next yr!! and i think weicong is trying super hard to not let ppl quit..haha..jiayou wor..

a sad day today..shocked by the news that david passed away due to car accident..its so unreal that till nw i still cant believe it..

ppl from MFCO, NYP, cheng san & manjusri sec co went to his cremation today..we didnt really say much to each other..all of us couldn't believe it..zheng lao shi was there too..like us, he's aso v sad..

i saw him online 2 days ago..b4 i went for co practice..its hard to imagine nt seeing him signing in again..the truth still cant sink in..i cant accept it still..but from today i sincerely hope that i wun step in a similar place ever again..i cant bear the thought of losing another friend..

today's the release of o levels results..hope juniors gt good results to enter the jc/poly in mind..

skipped biochem lec today..haha..anyway we aso dun understand wat the lecturer is talking..so me, tj, jm, jx & jiahui went to bugis with the pretext of buyin new yr clothes..but then in the end only jx bought hers..me & tj couldn't find wat we like..haix..mayb on sat go chinatown gt better & nicer lookin clothes to buy..

yu jia lao shi said she's able to get the score for tan bo ensemble..yay!!although it'll be a rush, but its a tan bo piece which'll reflect tan bo..i like~~haha..hope we can handle it..then more ppl will be willing to come for practice..pray hard!!

went to grandma's hse on thur..luckily peng & chien came over as well..so we talked & talked..haha..then nt so boring..peng told me that xin nw is the scary version of chien when she was small..omg..we nd more methods to tackle xin in tt case..haha..peng aso brought presents that they bought in aust..then we had dinner except chien who want to go home to eat steamboat..

fri went to nsc for doc appt..stupid scanner scan le dun have the reciept printing out..somemore the receptionist ask me take a no. to register again la..wa lao..i almost threw a temper..cos i was nt the first & only one who scanned their appt cards and is unable to have the reciept printed out..zhen shi de..i almost wanted to complain..then after appt go square 2 & velocity walk walk with mummy..bought 2 shorts & slipper..cos slipper spoil le..

fingers=pain~~ practiced yue'er gao ytd for 3 hrs lehx..somemore yinglei & yi ting didnt come, so i was the only zr ytd..keep gettin lost halfway..haha..pipa seniors dun want to come, huifang & yunxuan say ntu too far from their home, so they dun want come for hol practice..then yangqin ppl go back their hometown(m'sia & china)..so i was like the tan bo rep ytd..sian lor..could see tt lao shi keep noticing tt i play wrongly or play too soft..haha..

went to bugis ytd with tj, jy, jx and vanessa..walked thru bugis street & bugis junction..then walk all the way to marina square..bought a tee at $10 at bugis street, and a pair of flats at $18 at marina square..aso bought a pair of earrings for jia..or else she keep saying i nv buy things for her since i start to work last yr..nt bad lor..i spent less than $30 leh..jy almost spent $100..tj keep psyco-ing her to spend more..jy sure can spend sia..she spent abt $300++ in abt 2 wks lor..i think i spent abt $50 bah..lolx..

had dinner at marina square ytd..jx say the seats outside look 'warmer' than the seats inside, cos it was rainin ytd..but in the end it was even colder lor..the wind kept blowing..we were shivering as we ate our dinner...lolx..

going for co practice ltr at night..gt a feelin tt nt many ppl will be there..some go hol, some went back to their hometown..sure v little ppl come for practice de lor..

nw v tired..after the weekend's rehersal & performance for the alumni..it ended at 8.30pm ytd lar..and all of us haven eat our dinner..we were all v sleepy while waiting for our turn to go on stage..in the end most of us started takin pics..haha..the pics are with huifang..she's nt online yet..so no pics..

at least we interacted in the waiting room..or else there's little chance that we can interact durin normal practice..nw we're havin break for exams..practice will resume in early dec bahx..hope to see our section ppl soon..=)

lolx..reached home b4 11pm ytd..cos i hitched a ride from 1 erhu girl called qiuting(i think)..the erhu ppl damm funny lar..ask me whether gt buy insurance anot, den aso tell me to be careful and help her look out for cars..i hear le i was lyk, huh..so scary ar..lol..i noe they jokin de lar..but they say until lyk so scary..in the end it was ok lar..haha..thanks to qiuting wor..i gt home super early than usual..

phy lecturer haven post lecture notes for tmr online lar..i afternoon gt lesson leh..plus after tt gt co practice..where gt time to print..unless i reach home le then print..which is lyk damm late lar..

oops..update on my upcomin tests: tmr is maths test, chap1-5 & tut 1-8..nxt thurs chem test, from alkenes all the way to mechanisms..1st nov biochem test, from carbohydrates to protein structure..7 nov phy test, chap8-10,a little from chap 7,11&12..

die lar..all those tests..phy so near exam somemore..exam starts 14 nov lar..and i jux want to pass phy..im 23% short..haix..jux nw practice some mechanisms..can die lor..cos its all at least 5 steps de, with all the arrow pushing..from nw until end nov i hav to mug..mug mug mug..mux get gd gpa..who ask i aimin for first-class honours..but i dun want mug lyk 'A's tt time lehx..its mentally tiring lor..

the biggest shock came to my jux nw..i have biochem test nxt wk..and another organic chem test which might be postponed to e-learnin wk..omg..i was happily studyin maths la..cos sat gt test..and i gt biochem test nxt wk & i dunno lar..tis is retribution..who ask i always skip biochem lec..=p

except for forensic & maths,the other modules still gt another mid-term test lar..die..its so near the exam..exam starts mid-nov lar..im going to start pia-ing everythin..esp organic chem..all those rxn..and i haven summarise it myself..dyin in process..will be bring some biochem notes to co practice ltr..study as i practice..

ohh..ntu wants to change the way its namin its course & modules..hmm..i think they say they want to change the names to programmes & courses instead of courses & modules/subjects..anythin lar..i'll still call it courses & modules lor..why nd the change..

wanted to buy organic chem text jux nw with tj at nie..but the auntie say no stock..-.- to think we walked all the way there la..v far leh..in the end i jux bought jia's liquid pp..

oh..co will be learnin another new song nxt wk..but that song dun hav the score for liuqin la..when i ask huang lao shi he said that we(the liuqin players) should go play zhongruan..since liuqin no score for that song..i was lyk,huh..my fingers have to stretch to the max when i play zhongruan lor..haix..have to do more finger stretchin..

tj gt her biochem test pp back ytd..finally..cos everytime go prof's office he nt in..luckily that day b4 biochem lec we went to his office to get tj's pp..damm funny la..cos when we knock on the door & he said"come in",we tried to open the door..but the door wun open..den the prof said another time"come in",but we still cant open the door..in the end the prof open the door..tj gt shocked dao..haha..

abit bored nw..tryin to find co recordings on the net..which, of course, proved to be futile..haix..i really want to listen to more co recordings leh..too little in my mp3 le..lolx..

gt back my biochem test pp..gt 74 marks la..sian..pw gt so much higher..nvm..nxt test work harder..and i will work extra hard for end-of-sem exams!!haha..it has alot of weightage hor..

today at ard 12++ i chiong from tj's hall to ny audi..go see sco perform..heex..saw zheng lao shi & ling lao shi on the stage..both look the same..haha..but zheng lao shi lyk become thinner le, i think..he looks damm thin..i think even thinner than me..hmm..yr end go back tt time mux ask him eat more..haha...i stayed there until lyk 1.15pm la..cos had to rush to lt1a for lec..and its only half through the performance..sob sob..

argh!!driven crazy by organic chem tutorial as usual..we haven even had the lec on tt topic la..and we're supposed to do the tutorial..i pratically didnt do 2 qn out of 6..lolx..im nt a genius anyway..

saw my forensic sci test result jux nw..i gt 19..but wat's the total ar..is it 25?if it is then im fine with the marks la..cos i didnt really study for the test..=P nw jux hav to wait for biochem & phy test results..ohh..i gt 35/50 for my organic chem test..hee..im quite happy..except that when i went to prof's office to look at my paper,he say that my conversion skills are not that gd and ask me to practice more..oops..i cant imagine well anyway..nt my fault..lolx..

tlc stands for thin layer chromatography.i did tt expt ytd.hmm.nt tt difficult as the manual puts it.actually it was rather easy.haha.the results are lyk super easy to get lor.jux put the tlc plate in the jar with the solvent and jux wait for the solvent to climb up.i jux wait at my table and stone at my plates.haha.

had forensic sci mid-term today.quite ok lar.except for the gas chromatography qn.i totally dunno how to read the graph lor.so i jux put the ans which i tot is the correct one.lolx.

indonesia is having earthquakes recently..and on wed evening, when i was watchin tv, i felt the chair shaking..at first i tot it was me..lolx..cos i sometimes can feel dizzy suddenly..but after lyk 10s, i was thinkin, i cant be dizzy for tt long ba..so i asked jia..is it me or the hse is shaking..den jia say the room aso shaking..lolx..den i suspected indonesia gt earthquake liao..

the hse shook for abt 5 mins..was abit scared cos its my first time feelin an earthquake..felt safer after it was gone..haha..

had biochem test ytd..abit kns la..cos i dun understand the eng of the qn paper..and the weightage of the marks are too poorly allocated lor..i was so suspicious of the marks allocation tt i raised up my hand and ask the lecturer..but i became more confused after he explained to me..haix..i had to decipher the eng myself..

argh..im being driven crazy by phy tutorial..cos i nd to pass up on thurs for grading..but i dunno how to start doing lor..i am so dead..plus lecturer haven finish teaching..haix..i only managed to do some workin for qn 2-4..but qn 1 is lyk so disgusting..i dun even noe wat formula to apply..die lar..its 15% of my total grade somemore..help me someone!!

blahx.i am officially sick.haha.didnt really thought much when i woke up with a sore throat ytd morning.i thought it was jux normal sore throat.but in the ltr part of da dae it became worse.felt abit feverish while i was on the way to meet serena to borrow liuqin from her.so i ate panadol that tj gave me.and i felt better.but it turn worse again at night.i tot i jux nd a slp.so i went to bed early.

lolx.who noes.i woke up with a 38degrees.haha.so i went back to slp somemore.after drinkin some hot barley.but the temp gt higher,to 38.9degrees.so i told jia to accompany me go downstairs see doc.my temp by then was 38.5.the doc was lyk,ur temp v high.he gave me some medicine.nw feelin better le.haha.

did lab quiz jux nw.gt 8 out of 10.nt bad lar.but the nxt expt is distillation.sian.i have to wait for the distillate to slowly drip,plus lab report have to include a graph plottin amt of distillate against temp.haix.and i haven do my 1st lab report.sian ar.

went for co sectionals & combined practice on mon & tue.nt bad lar.the seniors there quite ok.the instructors aso.i think bcos i haven been playing a instrument for a long time le.so nw my middle finger gt blister.=( i nv had blister when i play liuqin lor.this is the first time.the only other time is when i started playing guzheng.haix.finger pain ar.touch slightly aso pain.

nw we're practicing for mid-autumn festival.den after tt practice for annual concert.the conductor already ask us to prepare for 1 of the concert songs lor.and i jux gt the score ytd.=x luckily i gt the song in my mp3.hee.can listen & read score at the same time.den i can familiarise with it b4 nxt sectionals.

lolx.haven blog for a long time already.jux had my first lab session 2 days ago.i was so blur.cos i didnt noe the steps were in the lab manual.so i didnt print it,thus i dunno the steps.lol.luckily my lab partner printed it,plus gt some friends same lab as me.so i jux kept askin wat's the nxt step.haha.

we did recrystallisation for lab.my crystals are nice.hee.white.which i think is salt.nvm.my yield is quite high somemore.lolx.

hee.watch the secret yesterday with tj.v nice wor.abit sad lar,but overall its quite nice,especially since this was jay chou's first movie that he filmed.

oh,yesterday & today ntu had cca fair.me & tj walked around as the movie timing is quite late.couldn't find co's booth until we were going to go off to the cinema.it was lyk in the middle of alot of booths.no wonder i cant find it lar.i signed up for co.but dunno whether ling & jing sian gt sign up anot.

after watching the movie,tj went back to her hostel,while i went to novena to find li san to fix my necklace.luckily she brought her stuff to her sis's shop.or else i'll have to go back another day to collect.chatted with her for a while,den i went home le.

sad & depressed.realised that i haven cried for quite some time.dunno why i was feeling depressed.i think bcos of wat sup said to me.i consulted her something,den she said that i should hav learnt that during trainin,den say im alreay a senior temp there le,i should not be asking her tt type of qn.but i swear ok,we didnt learn durin training.mayb i should suggest when i quit that they should record their training session,and not accuse tco of asking qn that they thought they taught during training.

jy dyed her hair again..looks v weird hor..haha..her hair lyk so unnatural..anyway..when we were on the way to meet tj,we suddenly talked abt tution loan..den talked abt tution grant,den i told jy tt i put 2 stamps,cos my mum went to post office to weigh,den the ppl there say need 2 stamps..jy was lyk har??!!lolx..she only put 1 stamp..den she super scared ntu didnt receive..she went to check at topshop's com when we reach orchard lor..all of us de tution grant ntu receive le..except jy's.she super worried until she called ntu on mon lor..turns out they still gt alot of letters haven process..=X lolx..too think jy worried so much..

went funan eventually on sat wif tj & jy..saw alot of laptop..jy win liao lor..she already set her mind on buyin 'viao' liao..so dun nd us pei her see the rest of the models ma..me & tj see enough le..haha..ended up seein laptop too long..den we went to the Central to shop..there ok lar..but gt a few shops rather ex sia..den gt 1 shop is moved from icon de..jy noe the person somemore wor..so she gt discount..but i didnt buy my flats & bag yet..haix..den tj going yunan..she shuang lor..can go hol..i aso want!!

haix..dunno why this wk so tired..keep having shoulder aches..plus i keep feeling that i shld quit clinic..but its xtra income..cos iras keep giving us complusory leave..haix..if i dun earn some xtra income i sure no money to survive de..

gt cl nxt mon again..im one of da lucky ones lor..only gt 1 day cl..most ppl hav 2 days..fri,which is today,and nxt mon..haix..jux take it as a rest lor..

payday nxt mon..somehow if it still doesn't come i will die lor..gt a feelin i spent too much tis month..plus i still want to buy a bag and a pair of flats..die..nd money for laptop & stuff lor..cos suddenly tot of laptop..den its so ex..

today aso v tired..dunno why..jux felt super sleepy at ard 3+pm..same thing on wed la..mux be i nt enough rest ba..some say i work too hard le..but i really nd money lor..haix..

lolx..seems a long time since i last blogged..so here's so events over da week..

went shopping wif jieying & yvonne last sat..bought a pair of heels & skinny jeans..heels cost $17.90,cos i bought wif jy..den jeans cost $39.90..ok la..heels so cheap cos nw gt gss..haha..mux strike the iron when its hot ma..

den on mon..compulsory leave..went to watch pirates wif aldric,hong sheng,jiaying,lynette,hwee hong & li huan..nt bad la..but the movie abit lengthy..lynette slept somemore lor..haha..

slacked at home on thur..sian ma..lazy to go out aso..

and i really nd money..realised tt im spending more than wat i shld..somemore at da rate sup are giving us compulsory leave,i think we'll be working 4-day wk lor..lyk sabrina said..den my pay will decrease alot lei..zhen shi de..jux bcos we are 'expensive labour',while ba students are 'cheap labour'..sian..

nxt mon gt cl again..den jy dun feel lyk going out today..so postpone shopping to nxt wk..dunno wat to do during da long wkend..sian..
